Directions: From the North

• Rt 81 south to exit 313a (Winchster - Rt 50/522).
• Take Rt. 522/50 EAST
• *IMPORTANT* STAY in the right lane and proceed on Rt. 522 SOUTH TOWARDS Front Royal (DO NOT go Straight on Rt. 50!).
• Approximately 3.5 miles, highway will divide, come down hill.
• Turn left on Rt. 644 (West Parkins Mill Rd).
• Fourth house on right (brick rancher with white front porch on hill)
• GO PAST house driveway and turn up barn driveway. Ample turnaround and trailer parking.

From the South:

• Rt. 81 north
• To exit 313 (Winchster - Rt 50/522).
• At the stoplight, GO STRAIGHT THRU, and proceed on Rt. 522 SOUTH towards Front Royal.
• Approximately 3.5 miles, highway will divide, come down hill.
• Turn left on Rt. 644 (West Parkins Mill Rd).
• Fourth house on right (brick rancher with white front porch on hill)
• GO PAST house driveway and turn up barn driveway. Ample turnaround and trailer parking.

From the East

• Rt. 50 west into Winchster
• Just before Rt. 81, get in left lane and
• Take Rt. 522 SOUTH.
• Approximately 3.5 miles, highway will divide, come down hill,
• Turn left on Rt. 644 (West Parkins Mill Rd).
• Fourth house on right (brick rancher with white front porch on hill)
• GO PAST house driveway and turn up barn driveway. Ample turnaround and trailer parking.

From Rt. 95, Eastern corridor

• Rt. 95 north (from Richmond) to
• Rt. 17 north (Fredericksburg).
• At Warrenton, take Rt. 66 west to Front Royal.
• Take the Front Royal exit (Rt 522).
• At the exit, turn right (Rt 522 north).
• Approximately 10-15 miles will be the Rt. 522/340 intersection (with the Dinosaurs)
• GO straight through (continuing on 522- only have 3 mi to go).
• Armel Elementary school is on the right, as you decend the hill slow down - immediately accross the bridge
• Right hand turn (Rt 644 - West Parkins Mill) is fairly sharp. Fourth house on right (#460 - brick rancher with white front porch on hill)
• GO PAST house driveway and turn up barn driveway. Ample turnaround and trailer parking.
